Meetings are held quarterly at the Blue Coat School. All subscribing members are eligible to attend and vote at these meetings. A "subscribing member" is one who has paid a subscription during the current financial year. Our financial year commences on 1st January.
Thursday 8th September 2011 at 7.30 pm
Thursday 1st December 2011 at 7.30 pm (subject to change, will include Christmas dinner)
Thursday 8th March 2012 at 7.30 pm (this is the Annual General Meeting).
The Trustees will meet briefly immediately after all the above meetings.
Tea/coffee and biscuits will be served at all meetings.

The Constitution & Rules were last revised in February 1998. They can be downloaded as a Microsoft Word document (35.5 kb) by clicking HERE. If you have any difficulty with this, please contact us and we will post you a paper copy.
Twice a year (May and November) we publish a newsletter, which is posted to all subscribing members. We may send e-mails to people on our database from time to time, to give you important news or to remind you of forthcoming events. This website will be updated regularly, so please visit again. Please remember to let us know if you move home or change your e-mail address!
